A special prayer is sought from our listeners to spare a thought for the 26 families who lost their little children and loved ones. However, this year's Christmas spirit has been dampened all around the world by the recent massacre in the US, at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut. It focused on children who experience the real joy of Christmas and how through our children the adults also spread the Christmas cheer in so many different ways.
This week's program is on the significance of Christmas in our modern world and the interrelation between the festivities and true spirit of Christmas.
